Your path
The AI Clarity Profile™ Kit

Welcome in. Pour yourself something warm.

By the end of this page, your AI will finally know you, and you'll have your first personal advisor set up. This is where the dots start connecting: your energy, your labs, your goals, the answers you've been chasing for years. And it's easier than you think. No tech skill required, no wrong answers, nothing you can break.

Before you begin, three promises

You can't break anything. Truly. Every step can be redone, edited, or deleted. There is no wrong answer anywhere in this process.

Messy is the method. You'll be talking to AI like a friend, not filling out a form. Voice-to-text counts as typing. Half-finished thoughts are welcome. The AI does the organizing, that's its job, not yours.

Your privacy comes first. Quick rules before anything personal goes in: use your first name only. Skip your address, full birth date, and account numbers. Labs and supplement photos are fine, cover any ID numbers first. And you can leave out anything, your profile works with whatever you're comfortable sharing. We recommend Claude for its privacy approach, and these rules keep you protected whichever AI you use.

Step 1

Teach AI who you are

About one cup of coffee

Copy the prompt below, paste it into a new Claude conversation, and just talk. It walks you through seven short sections, one at a time, and organizes everything for you. This is a conversation, not homework.

Prompt 1 · Build your AI Clarity Profile
I want to build my personal AI Clarity Profile, a comprehensive document that will teach you to understand me as a whole person so you can give me personalized guidance instead of generic answers.

Walk me through this one section at a time. For each section, ask me questions, let me dump my answers however they come (messy is fine, I might use voice-to-text), and then organize what I share into a clean, structured format.

I can also upload photos (like supplement bottles, front and back, or lab results) and you can pull the details from those.

Here are the 7 sections we need to cover:

1. BODY BASELINE: my age, hormonal status, any conditions or diagnoses, medications, family health history, how I sleep, my energy patterns, digestive health, daily habits, and lab results if I have them

2. MOVEMENT & PHYSICAL GOALS: what exercise I'm currently doing, what I've done in the past, what equipment I have, what's getting in the way, and what I want to be doing

3. NUTRITION & FUEL PATTERNS: how I eat day to day, my go-to meals, cooking style, hydration, caffeine, alcohol, sensitivities, what I'm trying to improve

4. SUPPLEMENT STACK: everything I'm currently taking (brand, dose, form, WHY I started it), anything I've stopped and why, and any overlaps or concerns

5. LIFE SEASON & EMOTIONAL LANDSCAPE: my relationships, family situation, what's stressing me out, what's draining my energy, where I am emotionally right now

6. BIG LIFE GOALS & IDENTITY VISION: what I'm working toward financially, professionally, personally. What I want my life to look like. What's underneath the goals

7. AI INTERACTION PREFERENCES: how I want you to talk to me, what tone works, what I don't want, and any boundaries for health-related conversations

Start with Section 1: Body Baseline. Ask me the first round of questions and we'll work through it together. After each section, show me the clean organized version so I can approve it or add more before we move on.

When we've finished all 7 sections, compile everything into one complete document I can download as a .md file to use as my AI Clarity Profile.
What "done" looks like

You don't have to write anything polished. You might say, out loud, into your phone:

"Okay so I take magnesium at night, the glycinate one I think? Started it for sleep like two years ago. And a vitamin D because my doctor said my level was 22 which is low..."

And AI hands you back:

Supplement Stack · Magnesium glycinate, evenings, started ~2023 for sleep quality · Vitamin D3, prompted by lab result of 22 ng/mL (below optimal range), retest recommended

See? Your mess becomes your chart. That's the whole trick.

That's the biggest step, and you just did it over coffee. It's downhill from here.

Step 2

Add the good stuff

A refill, whenever you like

This one's optional today, and it's where good becomes great. The difference is the WHY behind everything: why you started that supplement, why that goal matters, what you've never said out loud. Come back to it tomorrow, next week, or in pieces. Your profile only gets richer.

Prompt 2 · Go deeper on your profile
You helped me build my AI Clarity Profile. Now I want to go deeper on each section to make sure nothing important is missing.

For each section of my profile, review what we've captured and then ask me follow-up questions about things that would make your guidance more personalized and accurate. Focus on:

- The WHY behind things, not just the WHAT (why I started a supplement, why I stopped an activity, why a goal matters to me)
- Patterns I might not have mentioned (what triggers bad sleep, what foods make me feel best vs. worst, when I have the most energy)
- History that informs the present (past health issues, diets I've tried, exercise routines that clicked or failed, life events that shaped where I am)
- The stuff that's hard to say out loud (financial stress, relationship dynamics, self-doubt patterns, what I'm actually afraid of)
- Gaps in my data (labs I should get, symptoms I'm ignoring, supplements I'm taking without knowing why)

Go section by section. After each round of deeper questions, update my profile with what I share.

Don't ask me everything at once. Do one section at a time and let me respond before moving to the next.

Start with whichever section you think has the biggest gaps.
Step 3

Meet your first advisor

Ten quiet minutes

Start with just one: your Health, Body & Supplement Advisor. In Claude, create a new Project, upload your profile file to its knowledge, then use this prompt to write your advisor's job description. Paste the result into the Project Instructions field. (The prompt creates instructions for all five advisors, so you'll have the rest ready and waiting whenever you want them. No pressure, one is plenty for today.)

Prompt 3 · Activate your advisor team
Based on my completed AI Clarity Profile, I need you to create Project Instructions for each of my AI advisor projects. These instructions tell AI how to behave in each project: the advisor's role, tone, rules, and any protocols it should follow.

I need instructions for these 5 projects:

1. HEALTH, BODY & SUPPLEMENT ADVISOR: my master health advisor. Handles any health question, supplement evaluations, lab interpretation, symptoms, and connecting the dots across my body data. Should include a supplement evaluation protocol that checks for overlaps, interactions, lab relevance, evidence quality, and whether I actually need it.

2. NUTRITION & RECIPES: my nutrition and recipe partner. Gives me meal ideas, recipes, snack suggestions, and nutrition guidance tailored to my specific body, goals, sensitivities, and life.

3. FITNESS & MOVEMENT COACH: my fitness advisor. Recommends workouts and movement plans that are realistic for my actual life, equipment, schedule, and physical goals.

4. MINDSET & LIFE STRATEGY: my accountability partner and life strategist. Helps me work through doubts, make decisions, stay focused on my goals, and protect my time and energy.

5. TRAVEL & BUCKET LIST ADVISOR: my travel and life experience planner. Helps me plan trips, prioritize bucket list goals, and build a life that matches my vision, factoring in my budget, health needs, and who I want to share these experiences with.

For each one, write the instructions in first person (addressed to AI as "you") and include:

- The advisor's specific role
- Key context from my profile it should always consider
- Communication style and tone based on my preferences
- What it should NOT do
- Any specific protocols or frameworks

One more thing that applies to every advisor: I want honesty over agreement. If my logic is weak, if something I'm considering isn't supported by my own data, or if I'm wrong, each advisor should say so kindly and clearly. I don't want a cheerleader. I want a trusted advisor.

Make each one distinct. They should feel like five different experts on my team, not five versions of the same thing.

Format them so I can copy and paste each one directly into the Project Instructions field.

Notice the honesty line near the end. That's on purpose. Your advisors will tell you the truth, not just what you want to hear. It's the difference between a cheerleader and a team.

Step 4

The goosebump test

Two minutes, one wow

This is the fun part. Paste this into your new advisor and watch it answer with YOUR labs, YOUR life, YOUR priorities. If the answers feel personal, congratulations, you're officially on the calm side. If they're still generic, your profile just needs a little more, and Prompt 2 is right up there waiting.

Prompt 4 · Test that it works
Based on everything you know about me from my AI Clarity Profile, answer these three questions. If your answers are personalized and reference my actual data, we're in business. If they're generic, I need to add more to my profile.

1. What are the top 3 health priorities I should be focusing on right now, and why, based on my specific labs, symptoms, and life situation?

2. If I told you I was thinking about adding a new supplement I saw on Instagram, what's the first thing you'd check before telling me whether it's a good idea?

3. What's one thing about my current situation that most generic health advice would completely miss?

Look at what you just did.

You built the thing most people never will: an AI that understands your whole picture. No more re-explaining yourself. No more generic advice. The mysteries you've been carrying alone finally have a place to get solved, and the bigger goals you've been putting off finally have support behind them. From now on, every conversation starts from you.

AI does the research. You make the call.

Whenever you're ready

The rest of your team is waiting

Your Prompt 3 results already include instructions for all five advisors. Whenever an area of life could use support, create a new Project, upload the same profile, paste in that advisor's instructions, and say hello. One profile powers the whole team.

Keep it alive (this is the secret)

Your profile is a living document. New labs, a new supplement, a life change, a shifted goal: tell your AI, download the updated file, and re-upload it to your projects. A quarterly refresh keeps every advisor sharp. Ten minutes, four times a year. That's the whole maintenance plan.
